Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Creative Arrangements (CA) is a digital service provided by Partum Nubes AS. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Definitions

Personal Data: Information that can identify a person directly or indirectly.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, access, deletion, etc.).
Data Subject: The person whose data is processed (e.g., a student or teacher).
Data Controller: Partum Nubes AS.
Data Processor: Subcontractors handling data on our behalf, e.g., SpeedAdmin.

2. Data We Process

We only process personal data necessary to deliver the CA service:

Login credentials via SpeedAdmin (username, school)
Usage data for technical and feature performance analysis
Technical logs (browser, session time, error codes)

We do not process student names, contact details, grades, or any other personal data within CA.

3. How We Collect Data

Indirectly via SpeedAdmin login
Automatically through the use of CA (sessions, playback, interactions)

4. Purpose of Processing

To deliver and maintain CA functionality for schools and students
To improve performance, usability, and reliability of the service
For troubleshooting and maintenance

We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or surveillance.

5. Storage and Deletion

Usage data is stored for one calendar semester during the validity of the license agreement
After the license period ends, usage statistics are automatically deleted
Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 6 months for operations and troubleshooting
All data is stored on servers located within the EU/EEA

6. Legal Basis

Contract with the school/licensee (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
Legitimate interest (service stability and security)

7. Third Parties

We do not share data with third parties except:

SpeedAdmin (for login and school administration)
Subcontractors with data processing agreements
Authorities if required by law

We do not use external analytics or marketing services (e.g., Google Analytics).

8. Data Subject Rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
Object to certain types of processing
File a complaint with your national data protection authority (e.g., IMY in Sweden)

Enable necessary service functionality

No cookies are used for marketing, profiling, or tracking outside of CA. You can manage cookie settings via your browser, but blocking them may impair certain features.

Terms of Use for Creative Arrangements

Creative Arrangements (CA) is a digital music service owned and operated by Partum Nubes AS. These terms apply to schools that subscribe to CA and to the use of CA by teachers and students.

1. General

By using Creative Arrangements, you agree to these terms.

3. Users and Access

Only schools can purchase a license. Login is via SpeedAdmin. An iOS app is available for authorized users.

4. License and Content

The license is valid for one calendar semester and renews automatically. Billing is handled via SpeedAdmin. The content includes royalty-free and original arrangements, sheet music, videos, teacher guides, and interactive learning tools.

All music and materials included in Creative Arrangements are either royalty-free or owned/licensed by Partum Nubes AS.

5. Third-Party Content

Creative Arrangements does not include third-party copyrighted songs, lyrics, or sheet music. All available materials are either original, royalty-free, or explicitly licensed for educational use.

6. Data Protection

No personal data such as names, emails, or contact details are collected directly by CA. Usage data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Technical Requirements

Internet access is required. CA works best in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Safari is not fully supported.

8. Unauthorized Use

Only authorized users may access CA. Licenses are non-transferable. Account sharing or reproduction of materials is prohibited.

9. Updates

Partum Nubes AS may update the service or these terms. Major changes will be communicated to licensed schools.

10. Liability and Limitations

Partum Nubes AS ensures service stability to a reasonable extent but is not responsible for external network issues or indirect damages.

11. Termination

Termination requires written notice. Major breaches may lead to immediate cancellation.

12. Force Majeure

Partum Nubes AS is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control.

13. Permitted Use

Creative Arrangements may only be used for educational, non-commercial purposes within licensed school activities.

14. Prohibited Use

Copy, modify, republish, or redistribute any materials outside the licensed environment
Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service
Use the platform for unlawful or commercial purposes

15. Intellectual Property

All content in CA is owned or properly licensed by Partum Nubes AS. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to the user. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

16. External Links

CA may include links to external resources. Partum Nubes AS is not responsible for external content.

17. Virus Protection

We take security precautions but cannot guarantee downloadable materials are free of malware. Users are responsible for their own protection.

18. Liability for Damages

Users must comply with these terms. Partum Nubes AS may seek compensation for any damages caused by violations.
